Do I need an account?
No account is required for free use or the $5 One-Time Fix. Bookkeeper uses email-based login.
Is the $5 payment a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment.
Will my bank data be sent to PayPal?
No. PayPal receives payment information only. Your bank file stays in your browser.
Can I try BankFileFix before paying?
Yes. The file is analyzed and the result is shown before payment is required.
Do you support payments from India?
PayPal currently cannot receive domestic Indian payments for this merchant. International cards work; an Indian gateway is coming soon.
How do I get help or a refund?
Email help@bankfilefix.com for help with payments or refunds. Don't send bank files or account numbers by email — your file is processed only in your browser.
